Management & Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Dutieso Plan, develop, and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for Operations Group to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements.
o Evaluate technical and functional objectives, program goals, resource (manpower, personnel, funds, equipment, supplies) availability, and status information for projects.
o Prepare and monitor contractual modifications and the implementation of contractual requirements.
o Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets, and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of workRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

Experience:
Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes the followingWork on the programs policies, procedures, and guidance for operations to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements such as cost management, strategic readiness, and performance managementWork on the development of the Operation's Programs annual budgets, administrative processes and procedures related to resource management for things such as (manpower, personnel, funds, equipment, supplies)You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
